An investment firm operating in international credit markets is looking for a Data Science & AI Lead to manage and mentor a small, skilled team while remaining hands-on with models that drive pricing, forecasting and investment decisions.
Working closely with the VP Data, developers and business stakeholders, you will own the full model lifecycle and advance the company’s ML and AI capabilities.
Key responsibilities:
• Develop, train, deploy and improve production ML models for portfolio pricing and recovery forecasting.
• Build automated retraining pipelines and feedback loops that turn portfolio performance into better models.
• Manage and mentor the data science team, setting technical standards and guiding modelling decisions.
• Collaborate with developers on ML infrastructure and production integration.
• Build LLM workflows and AI agents that help business users access data, run scenarios and use model outputs.
